This is the form to book my wedding painting services for your happy event.
But please bear in mind that your booking will not be fully made until your deposit is paid (I will send you an invoice for that deposit).

Please note that a 1/3 of total is required as a booking deposit. This is non-returnable*. Once we have decided on the requirement I will invoice you for this.

*exceptions:

- Cancellation with 30 days or more notice will get a full refund.
- Please bear in mind that I am a sole trader, so if I am incapacitated and unable to perform, then I will refund your deposit in full.
